Gary PerlmanVery enjoyable place to visit to do research. I go there about twice a year to photograph letters of business incorporation as part of genealogical research. The staff have always been very helpful in French and English. The building and its artifacts are fascinating. Last time I visited, the ornate exterior was wrapped in plastic, I assume for renovations, but inside all was normal. Pretty convenient via metro.
